Information we process

If you contact us through the website inquiry form, we process the information you provide, including your name, company, work email, optional phone number, service interest and business inquiry, to respond to your request and discuss potential collaboration. Please do not submit unrelated sensitive information.

Optional website analytics

We may use aggregated server access logs for basic traffic trends and security monitoring. These statistics do not depend on Google scripts. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is optional and off by default: it is loaded on the live domain only if you choose to enable it on this page. Your choice does not restrict browsing or inquiries.

If enabled, Google Analytics may process browser and device details, pages visited, approximate location and online identifiers. This can involve processing or transfer outside mainland China. Google provides the service under its own applicable terms and privacy information. Analytics may be unavailable or incomplete for visitors in mainland China.

Inquiry storage and security

When the live inquiry service is enabled, submissions are stored in an IRFAN-managed server database and accessed by authorized personnel for business communication. We intend to use reasonable access controls and backups. Retention periods, deletion procedures and applicable transfer obligations must be confirmed before public launch.
